Tube Cathode With Wire Feed

Our new technology has an array of features developed especially for coating of wires and strands:

• 1. a tube cathode with especially developed tube target
• 2. the wire is fed through the cathode
• 3. a magnetron setup with moving magnetic pack for maximized target utilization and minimized redeposition
• 4. easy sputtering target exchange
• 5. both DC or Pulsed DC power supplies can be deployed.
